The Human Relations Service (HRS) seeks a licensed psychologist, social worker, or mental health counselor for the position of Outreach Clinician to serve the congregants of Temple Beth Elohim in Wellesley.

This unique and innovative position involves onsite work at the Temple including: short-term evaluations, referrals, consultation with clergy and educators, group work, and educational programming. The Outreach Clinician will work in partnership with Temple leaders and HRS to identify and meet mental health needs in the congregation, offering opportunities for program development and implementation.

This is a half-time (17.5 hours/week) salaried 10-month position (September-June) with the option to add additional outpatient work at HRS.  Weekly individual supervision, peer supervision, and in-service training provided. Schedule is negotiable, with preference given to candidates with weekend availability. Mondays 11am-2pm required for agency meetings.

Compensation

$30k base salary with option for over-base direct service clinical hours at $45/hour; eligible for health and flexible spending benefits. Paid holidays; July and August break.
